ORDERING Ordering from us could not be simpler. You can place your order direct during business hours via our sales line number at the top of the page. Out-with these hours email us your requirements and contact details and we will return your call the following business day. You can view an up-to-date list of our competitive prices using the link above. If what you’re after isn’t listed we still may be able to help. We have a large stock of new and used parts for most vintage and many new model Lambrettas and Vespas and are licensed dealers for many major suppliers. So if you can’t find that elusive nut or bolt or vintage finishing piece for your project elsewhere why not challenge us to find it for you??!!???
PAYMENT We accept payment from most major credit cards.
DELIVERY We understand how important it is for your spares to arrive when you expect them to so we have appointed Interlink Express to deliver your parcels on a next-day basis.
Delivery to all mainland UK addresses, for orders up to 10kg is only £7.50. If you spend over £100, postage is free to UK mainland addresses. For other rates please contact us.
All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same working day for delivery next business day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.
RETURNS In the unlikely event that your order should reach you in a less than perfect condition please contact us immediately and we will do our utmost to resolve the problem. We will refund the costs of returning any faulty part to us and arrange despatch of a replacement immediately on receipt of the faulty part. |
